Emperor's Gobenden at Hijiyama. During the First Sino-Japanese War, an Imperial Headquarters was established in Hiroshima. A gobenden (a small shrine where the emperor could rest and relax) was also built in the Western Drill Ground. It was moved to Hijiyama in 1910.
