冒充皇親家人在京在外巧立名色挾詐財物等項事發除眞犯亦罪外犯該徒流以上者俱於所犯地方枷號一箇月滿日屬有司管轉者俱發邊衞充軍屬軍衞管轄者原係腹裏發邊衞原係邊衞發遣衞分充軍原係極邊常川守哨枚罪以下常照發落職官奏請被害之人許赴所在諸衙門告訴若不卽准理及觀望逢迎不卽門斷者事發一體治罪
