（習斎中村先生之父曰道而君有随筆六巻習斎先生題其書皮分為見聞随筆五巻遊覧随筆一巻余頃借之其曽孫得斎翁而写之因竊按見聞随筆中有合属遊覧随筆者一巻故今改為見聞随筆四巻遊覧随筆二巻合綴為随筆二冊遊覧随筆一冊而蔵之道而君諱政順通称藤左衛門貞享甲子五月二十三日生元禄甲申宝永紀元四月二十八日継家賜禄百石為馬廻組元文己未八月二十七日卒享年五十六君娶山内氏生二男二女伯政峰通称覚蔵号厚斎先生叔即習斎先生也文久元年辛酉一陽来復日細野忠陳識）
