「一世一代口上 中村歌右衛門」「これより一世一代の口上を申上奉り升る 私義去冬顔見世は京都の約束致升たる所 病気にてアノ方を行申升て二の替り狂言差出し升たる所 又々病気さし起り其上江戸表にて九化の所作事仕升たる所 左りの足をけが致しあの方にてはなんばと申所せ（ひ）なく其まゝおして相勤升る 其怪我か折／＼起り升て狂言中ばにて足の工合そこね升る事厶り升るなれども只今にては私功者になり升てそくざにはめ升れば又々狂言も出来升なれども 右病気故芝居之休日はあれこれ名医を頼升て養生致升る所 表よりはどふじや／＼と尋ねに参り升る 親類ども打寄り是てはどふも表へすまず傍ばい共へも相済ぬゆへ なんで有ふと舞台を引くがよいと申升る 私も五十には二三年も間も厶り升 中／＼一世一代致したふは厶り升んなれどもこう病気／＼では所詮勤らぬ事なれば先中山文七殿五十才にて一世一代致され升たが役者共のよい手本て厶り升る 夫をまねび升て中村鶴介に三番叟の役を相勤させ升る これは文七殿一世一代の時泉川☆蔵中芝居より参り三番叟役相つとめ升たるかたを取升て厶り升る 私も首尾よふ舞納め升て江戸表におり升る関三十郎 此者は中村歌助と申升てわたくし弟子に厶り升る 此者に歌右衛門をゆづり 鶴助に芝翫をゆづり升て私は加賀屋市兵衛と改め素人に相成升たなれば市兵衛どふじやかはる事はないと御尋下さりませ 鰕十郎は幼少より兄弟ぶんに相成をり升れは此度一世一代仕升るに付なぜ相談はしてくれぬと涙こぼしていふてくれ升 中／＼私も引たふは厶り升んなれ共病気故の事で厶り升る イヤ／＼あれはあのやうに一世一代して又二三年の内に出るで有ふと思召御方も厶り升ふが中々大坂へは出升ぬ たびへは弐三年も参るつもりで厶り升 又々出るやうなさやうなみじゆくな私でも厶り升ん私弟子四十人から厶り升れは女形の□□は三光歌六におさとうし升るで厶り升る 是におり升る忰共又は弟子共の義御頼申度は厶り升れと余り長事申上ケまするとかへつて御たいくつと何事も申升ん 今月一ぱい仕り升れはあれも幼少よりなしみの事じやかつは大坂のぐわいぶんじやとおふせ合され升てたゞヱイトウ／＼と御見物の程おそれなからすみからすみまでずいと奉希申上升る
